After graduating from Myers Park High School, he attended Central Piedmont Community College where he pursued his passion for customer service and food by earning a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. After college he worked his way up to become manager and owner of one Charlotte’s most popular restaurants, Rheinland Haus. In 2005, Charlie shifted gears and sold the business to earn his real estate license. He has been with the Allen Tate Realtors since 2006 earning numerous awards which include Winners, Masters and Legend Club recognition. Charlie is truly a people person who enjoys helping others and being a Realtor®. He has extensive knowledge of the Charlotte market, from the beautiful tree-lined neighborhoods and historic sites to the unique shopping, dining, and entertainment hubs. Charlie’s personal interests include spending time with family, his English Field Cocker Spaniel, fly fishing, hiking, camping, traveling, restaurants, microbreweries, Charlotte/North Carolina history, and attending Church and Bible study.
