I love high impact marketing, social media, helping people, and the art of the negotiation. All of these skills are needed to make a well-rounded, successful Realtor. Cassondra, the Mother: I am blessed to have a son and two daughters. Alphabet Soup: While many people don't care about the designations, I believe that it shows that I am always looking to become better, and up my game for my clients. I am proud to have completed the following courses and have received these designations, e-Pro, Certified New Home Specialist (CSP), Short Sale & Foreclosure Certified (SFS), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). You Don't Say: I currently service on the Garner YMCA Advisory Board and have served on the KS Bank and Garner Chamber of Commerce Boards in the past. I am also a Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow. Bragging rights: I am honored to be one of the top producing agents in my firm year after year and listed as one Triangle Business Journal's Top 25 Realtors in the Triangle!
