I am adopted Raleigh citizen, originally from Venezuela, South America; (yes I also speak Spanish). I arrived in Raleigh with my wife Mary (she is a native North Carolinian) and my three kids in 2006 and since then I have come to appreciate and admire the city. We moved to Wake Forest in 2016 which is another North Carolina paradise! I have always had a passion for Real Estate and in 2010 after 32 years in the aviation industry as an airline pilot, I decided to pursue my real estate studies and became a Real Estate Broker. I have lived in the area for more than 12 years now and I have grown to love my surroundings. Raleigh and Wake Forest are growing urban areas that have it all; recognized universities, renown hospitals, first class commerce, pharmaceutical research and development, software companies, and all kinds of entertainment; museums, theaters, lakes, bicycles trails, nearby beaches and mountains, etc. Being from a big congested city in Venezuela, I really appreciate the tranquil atmosphere and yet the convenience of the Triangle area.
