About Carla

Born in Jacksonville Florida, my parents moved back to Catawba county North Carolina when I was two. I currently reside in Conover with my husband Jeff and daughters Paris and Tuscany. I have two other married children and six grandchildren. My husband and I have developed and sold several properties in Catawba county ourselves. Jeff is a CPA and owns his own practice in Conover but also holds a Contractors License. When we decided to develop Mt Olive Manor, a townhome community in Newton is when I decided it was time to get my Real Estate License. It was the best decision I ever made! I got my Real Estate license in 2004 and have serviced clients in Catawba, Burke, Alexander, Iredell, Lincoln and Caldwell counties. Whether Buying or Selling I take pride in helping my clients. I'm there from the very beginning of the process Whether its a buyer needing help finding a lender to get prequalified or a seller wanting advice on what price to sell their house or what preparations should be done in order to get it sold. I am totally committed to being there to help my clients transaction go as smoothly as possible until we get to the closing table. I always tell my clients my job is to take as much worry off of them as possible and not to panic unless I do. My goal is to make sure that when we walk away from the closing table everyone is happy.
