There are a lot of agents out here but not all are exceptional. I am, because in my business, the focus is you. The best description for me is "compassionate servant". I also have decades of experience and knowledge. My background is science and technology. I won't know much about rock concerts or the latest fashion show. Not that I'm not interested, but I have a science brain. I love first time buyers and seniors, which means I have patience and I am a teacher: I want you to know what is going on so your stress level is lower, and so you will know better what you face next time you buy or sell. I pay attention and quickly come to know your taste; that makes me better able to identify possibilities for you. I make it a point to stay in touch and to respond to you quickly. You are important to me, and my goal is to show you that by my actions. I have a book of contacts for you when you need an inspector, a lender, an attorney, etc., and will share them with you so you can decide whom you would like to hire. I stay in my lane; I'm not a home inspector or an attorney, but will help you find the right choice. Most of my business is from past client referrals. There's a reason for that, and I am so grateful.
