I’m a North Carolina real estate broker serving Charlotte, Lake Norman, and the surrounding communities. As a North Carolina native with a background in construction and international business, I bring a practical and informed perspective to every property and client relationship. Before entering real estate, I spent more than 15 years working across construction, project management, logistics, compliance, and purchasing. That experience taught me how to manage complex projects, protect budgets, coordinate timelines, solve problems, and recognize details that are often overlooked. Today, I use that experience to help clients evaluate more than finishes and first impressions. I look closely at construction quality, materials, layout, functionality, maintenance needs, renovation potential, long-term value, and possible return on investment. My goal is to help clients understand not only how a property looks today, but how it may perform for them in the years ahead. My approach is centered on facts before feelings, clear communication, and honest guidance. Whether a client is purchasing a primary residence, relocating, investing, building, or considering a property that needs improvements, I provide the research, perspective, and structure needed to make informed decisions with confidence. I’m especially passionate about working with clients who value location, quality, lifestyle, and long-term potential. I bring a builder’s perspective, strong local market knowledge, a trusted network of industry professionals, and a hands-on approach to every transaction. Outside of real estate, I enjoy architecture, design, travel, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with my husband and our pets.
