Hello world! Looking for a Realtor who communicates quickly, works hard, truly cares, and knows the market inside and out? You’re in the right place! :) My name is Brandi. I’m a wife, mom of four boys, Realtor, and outdoor enthusiast. I grew up near Tampa, FL, and later moved to Orlando to earn my degree from the University of Central Florida. After graduating, I met my husband, who co-owned a float center and yoga studio. I jumped right in, became the marketing director (hint: I’m great with listings!), and helped grow the business. Eventually, we parted ways with our business partners after a difference in vision, sold everything that didn’t fit in our car, and took a leap of faith. We moved with our first baby to our dream city: Asheville, North Carolina, the land of mountains, waterfalls, and good vibes. During my second pregnancy, I entered the world of real estate and earned my license just eight days before giving birth! Since then, I’ve built and led my own brokerage in North Carolina, mentored dozens of agents, and helped more than 100 families buy and sell their homes. After Hurricane Helene struck our region, our community was forever changed. Though our family and home were spared, we felt called to begin a new chapter. One filled with red rocks, vortexes, and timeless desert magic: Sedona, Arizona. Today, I’m proud to call a charming adobe home in Cottonwood my base. Every challenge and blessing along the way has strengthened my mission: to bring the warmth of East Coast hospitality to the heart of the Wild West.
