About Brad

I love being a native North Carolinian and truly enjoy working in the housing world. I was born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and after graduating from Chapel Hill High School I attended East Carolina University in Greenville where I majored in Communications. After college I was fortunate enough to work with custom builders in the triangle where I learned the fundamentals of how houses are built and sold. This is when my passion for housing began. I moved to Raleigh in 2002 to live in a “bigger” city and have since carried on a path that has led me to the best realty firm in the Triangle area, Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty. With my passion for the industry and the backing of such a quality company I know I am always able to provide top service to all my valued clients.
