Thanks for stopping by my Realtor.com profile! I'm a full time broker who work with home buyers and sellers every day, doing the research necessary to save clients' time and money. My goal is for you to be happy the day you move in or out, and a year later too! I am building a referral-based business and your positive reviews and referrals mean the world to me! How do we accomplish this goal? If you're buying a home I will never try to sell you a home, I won't rush you either -- but I will put a hand up if I notice any red flags. As your buyer agent I have a fiduciary duty to you -- like a lawyer, I'm looking out for your best interests at all times. Once you do find the right house, I'll do the comparable sales research and we'll develop an offer strategy that gets you the home with the best possible contract terms. Once you go under contract I coordinate all the moving pieces to help ensure an on time and on budget closing! If you're selling your home, I'll work closely with you on the pricing and keep you up to date with weekly phone calls/updates. Our marketing plan to sell your home is comprehensive but also specific to you and your home! We'll identify your "best buyer" and then advertise online to folks who we think are willing to pay top dollar for your home. The results are more showings, better offers and less time on market!
