Averi Mauney Shoaf was born and raised in Salisbury, NC where she graduated from Jesse C. Carson High School in 2011. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she participated on the Charlotte 49ers Gold Dusters dance team. In 2015 she graduated magna cum laude from Catawba College with a degree in Marketing and moved to Cornelius to accept a job. After two years working in many positions in a 9-5 office environment, she realized that it wasn’t the best fit and that it was time to pursue her interests in real estate.
