I've always heard that the best way to have professional fulfillment is if you can turn your favorite hobby into a career. That's why I decided to jump in with both feet. Most people don't know that my husband and I started Lapointe Properties, LLC- buying/selling/renting investment properties over 14 years ago. This was during the housing market crash, and we saw an enormous opportunity. We did over 15 real estate transactions over those years, managed 3 long term rentals, and 3 vacation rental properties, and that was while I was working FT in the healthcare industry. I was very excited in 2019 to finally be able to give 100% to my passion. Since then I’ve become one of the top 200 agents in the Charlotte area, and have sold over 65 million in real estate.
