About Ashley

Ashley has more than 20 years of experience in operations, marketing, advertising and real estate. He served as Broker/Realtor® with Wilson Realty in Charlotte for four years, initially in a part-time capacity before deciding to devote all his capabilities to real estate full-time in October of 2014. He was with Time Warner Cable Media in various positions of increasing responsibility for 18 years. Most recently, he was vice president of operations in the East Region. In this role, he was responsible for managing operational departments across the eastern region of the U.S. including spot cable, 24-hour news channels, and regional sports networks. Additionally, his experience includes serving as a sales and marketing manager with Charter Communications. Ashley graduated from UNC Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in English. He has participated in leadership programs such as the SCTE-Tuck Executive Leadership program at Dartmouth College and Time Warner Cable’s Leading for Results program. Davis was the first recipient of the Women in Cable Television Carolinas Champion Award, recognizing his efforts to remove barriers to advance women at all levels of an organization. Active in the community, Ashley is a member of the Carolinas Chapter board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and an advisory board member of the SEAL-NSW Family Foundation. He is also involved with the Rollin’ Hornets, an adaptive sport therapy organization for youths in wheelchairs.
