My Background Experience: I began my career as a Buyer's Agent where I worked almost exclusively with new homes and first time buyers. I was offered the opportunity to work with builders and took on a position as a New Home Sales Consultant managing multiple communities where I gained experience in single family and multi-family homes priced from the 90's -mid 300's. My years of experience has allowed me to have a solid foundation in transaction management from start to finish through detailed competitive market analysis, competitive positioning, staging options, construction knowledge, marketing services, design selection guidance, financing solutions and recommendations. My business focus is on positioning both my seller and buyer clients to successfully meet their real estate goals.
