Savvy = Practical knowledge; the ability to make good judgements. Essential qualities in the industry. Creativity is intelligence having fun, and creativity is my strong suit! Real estate easily encompasses not only my talents, but my experiences and passions. I have always had a fervor for space, and how we turn houses into homes. My background is eclectically woven with experience in construction, photography, design, agriculture, and customer service. I grew up in metro Detroit (backbone included) and have spent over a decade on the west coast, enjoying all the wonders that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Finally touching down in Charlotte to be closer with immediate family. My spare time is spent creating art, maintaining an extensive plant collection, and laughing. Traveling is a fundamental part of my character. I have successfully traveled the country many times over, being able to have a firm grasp on the beauty and diversity that makes up America. I have spent months in Southeast Asia where I honed my negotiation skills in the night markets of Bangkok, and got to walk amongst monkeys at Angkor Watt. Visited temples in caves, and have a painting done by a baby elephant. I have driven a manual van around Iceland twice. I have seen the northern lights on a full moon, visited Viking burial grounds, walked barefoot on the black sand beaches, and enjoyed the sporadic hot springs. Travel has taught me many things, the biggest take-aways are: Time waits for no one. And if you don’t seize the opportunity, you may never get it again. It’s important to step outside your comfort zone to keep enhancing your experiences and understanding. Rising to the occasion, be it intimidating and or daunting, will always reward valid efforts. I value being authentic and genuine in all that I do, and will consistently provide these values.
