As the co-owner with my husband, Rich Manzi of NextHome Triad Realty and a full-time professional broker, I am dedicated to providing personalized client service before, during, and after your transaction. The foundations of my business are my clients' education about the real estate process, advocacy throughout the transaction, and empowerment to make informed decisions about the transaction. I have sold homes in all price ranges over the last ten years, from starter homes and luxury properties to downtown condominiums, vacant land, rural estates for horses, farming and agricultural uses, and a variety of investment properties. After spending over 15 years raising a family, working, and playing in the Triad area, I enjoy sharing the local culture with new clients who are moving here for the first time.
