About Aften

Aften Turner is a Charlotte-area REALTOR® with a depth of experience that spans residential sales, new construction, real estate leadership, and local market expertise. Aften began her real estate career at 23 and went on to sell more than $70 million in real estate before serving as Broker-in-Charge for 42 new home communities across North and South Carolina. After taking time away from her career to focus on raising her family, she returned to real estate with an even greater appreciation for what home means — and a unique perspective she brings to every client she serves. Today, Aften helps buyers, sellers, and relocating families throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas, with particular expertise in new construction and communities throughout South Charlotte, Ballantyne, Marvin, Waxhaw, Union County, and the greater Charlotte metro. Having spent years on the builder side of the business, Aften understands the buying and selling process from multiple angles. For her clients, that means knowing the right questions to ask, understanding how to evaluate builder incentives and opportunities, recognizing what matters beyond the purchase price, and negotiating with the full picture in mind.
