Theresa Brown finds it incredibly rewarding to serve her real estate buyers and sellers throughout Long Island, including those among the South Shore communities of Nassau County with their variety of residential homes, co-ops, and condos. Raised in Rockville Centre, Theresa attended and graduated from Rockville Centre schools. She married her husband Joe and moved to Baldwin for fifteen years before returning to Rockville Centre to raise their two sons. Her deep knowledge and continual education of area markets provide her clients the edge when it comes to locating just the right home for their needs or selling a property at maximum value. Theresa brings equal parts pragmatism and patience to her work knowing that the process of selling one’s family home or buying their first new home can be an overwhelming process. With this understanding, Theresa’s promise to her sellers is that she will do her utmost to find a buyer who will appreciate all of what that home has to offer. Combining her years of home sales expertise with all the marketing and technological savvy of the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty team, Theresa gets her sellers to the sales finish line, as well as helping them off to a great start to the next chapter of their life. For her buyers, Theresa works hard at truly listening to understand their “must-haves” for a home, and she doesn’t stop until she finds them all under one roof, in their desired neighborhood, and for the right price. Seeing the smile on their faces when the keys are handed over is a happy moment for Theresa.
