Having relocated to New York from Los Angeles several years ago, Susan often works with clients looking to rent or to buy in Manhattan coming from California. Susan’s finely-tuned people skills are one of her greatest advantages to offer to her clients. She has the reputation of being adept at working with anyone involved in a sales or rental negotiation: a cooperating broker, landlord, co-op board, real estate attorney, or lender. These skills are vital to a smooth and successful transaction. Susan has been invited several times to be a keynote speaker for seminars specifically geared to first time buyers in Manhattan. One of her passions is to work with someone who has never purchased property in the city and help to guide them through what can certainly be a complicated process. Along with her husband, James, and their two daughters, Nina and Lily, Susan lives in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Carnegie Hill, in a Park Avenue cooperative building. Along with being a member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Susan is also involved in various charitable and community organizations. She is a “Neighborhood Partner� at the Jewish Community Center on the Upper West Side and donates to the JCC, a portion of any earnings derived from a JCC affiliated or referred client. Recently, Susan has joined the newly founded Culture For One, a group that helps bring cultural events to the lives of children in foster care. One of Susan’s favorite past times is to take her two miniature dachshunds, Dexter and Waffles, to Central Park.
