The third generation in her family to be involved in the real estate business, Sarah Lipman carved an impressive niche for herself as a successful residential specialist at top-name Manhattan firms. Since joining The Corcoran Group, Sarah has been named the Westside Broker of the Month numerous times and has also been ranked in the top 1% of brokers in the company nationwide on several occasions. Sarah, a born and bred New Yorker, attended The Brearley School, graduated from Loomis Chaffee and later studied Theater at Brandeis University. After a career in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, Sarah went to Sydney, Australia where she earned a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Executive Coaching. Sarah believes that "My job is to cut through the hype and determine what's a good value and an appropriate move for my clients. I don't try to sugar coat the facts and that's what people appreciate. Whether or not it's the right apartment for a person is based on so many facts and what's 'right' is different for each person".
