Licensed as a Real Estate Agent since 2002 and a Real Estate Broker since 2003, Robert J. Swiderski’s rise in real estate was fast and furious. Formerly in the music industry with the Fortune 500 Company EMI Music Publishing, he was offered a position with a Park Slope real estate firm as a Real Estate Agent in 2002, and his success in real estate spiraled upward from there. Robert made top producer his very first month in the industry and was promoted two years later to office manager and opened an additional two offices. Since 2008, Robert added Property Management to his portfolio of services and some of his major highlights include overseeing a class A condominium in Long Island City through top to bottom reconstruction while all of the residents had to be evacuated for six months due to damage from Super-Storm Sandy, as well as being asked to consult on the most efficient use of office and amenity space for 432 Park Avenue, the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere. Starting in 2016, Robert entered the world of “Fix and Flips,” home staging, investor financing, and has successfully repaired and sold investments in New Jersey and New York. As of September, 2018, Robert created a YouTube channel called “The RealTegrity Show” which offers local market updates, tips, advise, and various other real estate related content. Coalescing over 20 years’ experience in many areas of real estate, Robert created RealTegrity in 2017 with the vision of bringing a high level of customer service, knowledge, and experience to the real estate industry; and that vision continues today!
