Rita Levine, REALTOR® Emeritus, CRS. GRI. CA, is broker owner of Rita Levine Real Estate, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage company serving the Mid-Hudson Valley for 45 years. Her office is located at the Orange-Ulster county line in the Town of Shawangunk, Wallkill, New York. Rita is also a New York State certified real estate appraiser and formerly held a New York State mortgage broker’s license. She was originally licensed as the “Youngest REALTOR®” in New York State. Her expertise in real estate, her negotiating and consultation skills, sincerity and rapport with people have made her a leader in today’s real estate profession. Her main focus is client satisfaction. She has consistently earned her clients' trust, respect and recommendations through client referrals. Rita is a sales award winner, a Five Star Professional Award Winner and was the cover story in Real Estate Executive magazine as "A Lifetime in Real Estate." Born in New York City and raised in the Mid-Hudson Valley, Rita has a wealth of knowledge about the area. She is a member of the National and New York State Association of REALTORS®, the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, the Ulster County Board of REALTORS®, the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service, Ulster County Multiple Listing Service, Sullivan County Multiple Listing Service and the New York State Multiple Listing Service. She is also a charter member of the New York State Graduate REALTORS® Institute, a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and is a past Director of the Orange County Board of REALTORS®. Rita began her real estate career in Wallkill and later moved her office to Newburgh. During that time she was actively involved in commercial real estate, investment properties including vast property management and construction renovation, residential real estate and real estate appraising. She moved her business back to Wallkill approximately 15 years ago. Her years of dedication to the real estate profession and improving the quality of service that is offered to her clients reinforces her company motto “Promises Made – Promises Kept”. Her general real estate brokerage includes residential, multi family, commercial and investment properties, vacant land, land development, farms, new construction, second homes and rental properties.
