I have been in the real estate industry since 1989. As a young Woman-Owned Company Jo-Re Construction, flipping homes originally, to then getting licensed to sell them. Working my way up through the ranks, Prudential Manor to Remax over 10 years to forming my own Brokerage Firm, Renee Farley Realty Group, Inc. in Upstate New York in 2004. I have consistently been in the top 1% in our real estate industry consistently in both New York and Florida. My knowledge in construction, Zoning, Planning, has assisted my clients tremendously over the last almost 40 years. I opened my firm out of The Villages FL in 2004 and then in Naples FL in 2014 as I have been there since 17 yrs old. I started my Brokerage in the Villages, FL in 2004 and another in Naples, FL in 2014. I believe my background has a great deal to do with my success. I have worked with two planning boards, two zoning boards, and for two different municipalities. I have owned my own construction firm since 1982 doing both renovations and new construction. I physically swing a hammer and build from the ground up. I can confidently speak to my clients about renovations, add-ons, or building from scratch with a wealth of knowledge. I have owned and managed over twenty one of my own investment properties in Rensselaer, Albany and Saratoga Counties, as well as those of my clients. I have purchased and developed several subdivisions, as well as developed the infrastructures and built them out/or sold them off as approved subdivisions to other builders. I also specialize in relocation, some of my largest clients being St. Peters Hospital, State Farm, GE and Albany Med. I have placed most of their employees/contractors in the last several months and am currently working with several more for both rentals and purchases of homes and/or apartments. Since I also specialize in investment properties, lake properties and prestigious home properties and first time buyers, is is like "ONE STOP SHOPPING” when you work with me. I am a HUD approved broker as well. I have represented over thirteen different builders in the Capital Region, launching some of them into a new “circle.” The list includes Jim McLagan,, JJ King, Gary Heflin, Jim Moak,, Rudy Paulson and the Pigliavento Brothers to name a few.
