Regla Lopez wanted to work for a real estate company that puts home buyers and home sellers first. So she founded her own company, RCL Realty, in 2011 . Specializing in buying and selling homes throughout Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, Passaic, Sussex, Morris Counties in New Jersey, Kings, Richmond, and Bronx in New York her company embraces her personal vision of what a real estate business should be: reliable, honest, caring, giving her clients the very best experience. Regla began her professional career in the real estate industry as a Loan Processor and moved up Manager with Chase Manhattan Mortgage, where she skillfully customized loan solutions to fit customer needs. She later was Team Officer at Countrywide Home Loans, Cranford, NJ, using her skills of relationship building, consultative sales, leadership, and industry knowledge to manage and train teams to engage in all phases of sales development, including prospecting, networking, generating referrals, analyzing customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, closing sales, and performing follow-up tasks. She soon moved away from mortgage financing and joined the All Star Real Estate Agency in Union, NJ. There she developed and maintained long-term relationships with her clients, while accomplishing real estate sales objectives using her in-depth knowledge of residential real estate, new home construction, and local market conditions as well as mortgage/lending processes. With the All Star Agency, she created an inspirational and motivating buying experience for her clients. After 4 years with the company, exceeding annual sales volume and business goals all along the way, she decided it was time for her to go on her own. Today, Regla is skillfully directing her RCL Realty company to offer her clients a real estate operation that builds rapport and relationships, exceeds expectations and closes sales deals through value added services. Regla does it all with a focused sales and service approach. She generates leads, researches available properties, conducts property tours, and completes all client follow up and support. She takes full responsibility for managing properties for investors, including preparing rental reports for the bank and investors. She manages REO/Real Estate Owned properties and oversees short sales. She identifies the client’s requirements and selling points, provides expert advice, and uses highly effective marketing and negotiating skills. A licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey and New York, Regla Lopez received real estate training from the Kovats Real Estate and Insurance Schools, Maywood, NJ.
