About Paul

Paul attended Baruch College from 2001 to 2005 and obtained his B.B.A in Entrepreneurship and Small Business. Paul came from a business orientated background so it was the right choice for him to make. It wasn’t always this way, as initially Accounting was the major that Paul was aiming for, due to the hike in job demand, immediately following the housing bubble crisis. During his Junior year, he concluded Accounting wasn’t the right fit and switched to Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. According to Paul, this was the changing moment for him and how he foreseen his future and life after college. Paul worked on his family business right after college. It was challenging, but at the same time very enlightening of how he perceived the real world. Paul has since moved on from his family business and is currently working on his recycling business with a partner. Besides his business venture, he chose real estate as a profession because of the chase and grind in this professional field. He wanted to see his fruits of labor through hard work. Keller Williams Realty has been the one and only real estate office he has worked out since 2013. His plan from this point on is to build a solid foundation and form a team that can generate residual income in the residential and commercial field.
