A lifelong resident of the Tri-State area, Nicholas Andreassi was born in Connecticut, attended college in upstate New York at Colgate University, and moved to New York City in 2013. At the beginning of 2019, Nicholas decided to make his passion for real estate his profession and joined his first brokerage. Within a few months, Nicholas had become the top ranked agent in the company - setting records for both deal volume and gross commissions in a single month. Nicholas moved to Compass during the Summer of 2020. He offers a deep knowledge of the real estate market in both Manhattan & Brooklyn, with experience in Co-op, Condo, and Townhouse sales. He prides himself on pairing a highly data driven approach to property valuation with a holistic understanding of the market, which allows him to negotiate the best possible deals for his clients. What makes him truly unique however is his ability to synthesize the needs of his clients and leverage his extensive network to source the right purchaser for sellers and the ideal property for buyers - even if it is not currently on the market. Nicholas currently lives in Williamsburg with his wife and dog, and in his spare time is working to compile what he feels to be the definitive rankings of NYC pasta.
