Hi Friends! As a life long resident of New York, I bought my first home at a very young age which helped ignite my passion for real estate. I remember the challenges I faced and I want to help make sure my clients do not face the same frustrations that so many home buyers and sellers face today. I pay ATTENTION to the wants and needs of my clients. I am hands on from the onset of the sale to the final closing. I work tirelessly and have an unmatched devotion to my clients! I am very accessible, a multitasker, organized, assertive and I do this all with the utmost honesty and integrity. I've put together what I call "A Dream Team" of contacts to assist us in making the entire buying/selling process a pleasant experience. You can of course chose your own contacts but if you need assistance, I will put you in good hands with all the right people, my circle of excellent Mortgage agents, engineers, construction contractors, homeowners insurance agents, surveyors, expediters, attorneys, etc. I will follow along closely to ensure you have a smooth and stress-free experience. This was something I did not have when purchasing my first few homes prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent. I would often vent to my husband "Why don't they call me back" "why do I have to follow up on these issues" or "Why are they showing me this type of home and wasting my time" As your agent, I will listen actively to your needs and select homes for viewing matching your criteria NOT mine. I will be your single point of contact, carefully following all the moving parts to ensure the process flows smoothly from start to finish. I've been incredibly blessed to work with many amazing clients throughout the State of NY including Long Island, the 5 boroughs and Westchester County. We've had so much fun searching for their dream homes together and/or selling their existing homes. Something funny or out of the ordinary always happens while on this journey with my clients, they always have a funny story to tell about our experiences. Many have become my friends and a strong part of my network. With over 25 years of sales/marketing and project management experience, I specialize in investment properties, residential/commercial buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as property management.
