Margot Taft Stern is a native New Yorker and proud to be a disabled rights activist and a business owner since 1996. She will listen to her clients needs and concerns and make sure they end up in a home that is right for them. She is the type of person who won’t sleep well unless she knows her clients are happy. Before starting her business, she was a professional negotiator for television and radio ad space and had the distinction at that time of the being the youngest New York City buyer in the Los Angeles market. She has compassion and dedication but she is also a strong negotiator for her clients. One of her favorite volunteer opportunities was visiting a lovely lady in the Ft. Tryon nursing home every Tuesday for 7 years until she passed away. They played a mean game of Scrabble. Margot is happily living with her husband on the Upper East Side and raised 3 adult sons there. She feels great satisfaction knowing that they all feel lucky and privileged to have grown up in this magnificent city.
