Chris Galka began his real estate career in 2006 working for major brokerage firms and has excelled in the business satisfying the needs of a diverse clientele. As one of the few agents licensed in New York and New Jersey, he has actively serviced both markets for over eight years. Chris provides broad and comprehensive experience helping people move seamlessly between the two states and selling high-end properties in all neighborhoods throughout Manhattan as well as prime areas in NJ that are close to NYC. He goes above and beyond the average agent, advising clients on all aspects of their purchase or sale to ensure a smooth experience and the greatest value. To maximize return for sellers, Chris makes sound improvement suggestions and supervises renovations before the potential sale. Plus, drawing on his art background, he also stages and decorates almost all of his listings personally to present every property in the best possible light. Buyers equally appreciate his keen eye for the vision, quality and possibilities in a home and an investment. In describing his unique approach, Chris believes: "Selling even the least expensive property as a million-dollar one is key. It's a very powerful philosophy that is 100 percent proven. I am always over prepared, and stay on top of everything and everyone involved in a sale or purchase. In the end, the deal is done right, and I became good friends with my clients who trust me through and through." A native of Poland, Chris moved to Manhattan from Poland over two decades ago. He holds an MFA in Literature and Dramatic Arts from Cracow Conservatory of Dramatic Arts and went on to pursue continuing education courses in Management at New York University. Chris lived in numerous Manhattan communities and currently owns a condo in Edgewater, NJ. Outside of real estate, his passion and "religion" is theatre!
