Kim has been a resident in the greater Rochester area for over 30 years. Born and raised in Newark, Kim moved to Rochester and eventually settled in Penfield to raise her three children. Currently, Kim loves to spend her spare time as an empty-nester with her husband Peter. Avid dog lovers, Kim and Peter enjoy hiking and exploring trails throughout the Finger Lakes with their puppy adopted from Lollypop Farm. Other passions include long distance road trips, traveling to Cape Cod, gardening, quilting, and passing on trade secrets to her daughters on her homemade cooking. At the end of the day, she most enjoys her family. Kim appreciates the community in which she was born, raised, and has lived with her family. Her interest for residential real estate is to help others to recognize and understand the potential for growth and development in a beautiful, seasoned area. The first and last priority for Kim is helping her clients find not just a house, but a home.
