About Kelly

Kelly Corwen is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and joined Houlihan Lawrence in the summer of 2016. She is a longtime resident of Westchester County, calling both Larchmont and New Rochelle home for almost 30 years. Kelly works with both buyer and seller clients. When working with buyers, Kelly takes the time to understand her clients' criteria and works tirelessly to help them find the perfect home. When working with sellers to market their homes, Kelly is able to bring her unique skillset in major home renovations and staging to present the property in the best possible light. With an MBA from New York University and a BA in Economics from Colby College, Kelly has a CPA and possesses strong financial and management skills. Her finance background and attention to detail is a major asset during the negotiation process. Kelly is an active member of her community and has spent a tremendous amount of time volunteering for local non-profit management organizations. She has helped raise millions of dollars chairing events within her community.
