About Jules

Jules started his career as a business-to-business sales associate for a Staples subsidiary in Midtown Manhattan and quickly became responsible for the entire sales team. He was asked to lead the company’s expansion to New Jersey where he ran the country’s most successful office by adding over 500 new customers per week. After 3 years and more record-breaking results, he started his own company called BodyTrace and manufactured the world's first web-enabled bathroom scale in China. The first product led to the development of multiple medical devices that are being used all over the world. He sold his company and decided to do what he loves most: real estate. By his third year in real estate he was in charge of over 200 agents and helped close hundreds of deals generating over $8 million in rental income. He is a Certified Buyer Representative which is a designation given by REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York) to less than 1% of all licensed agents. Jules is originally from Hungary but has lived and studied all over the world. He graduated high school in Michigan and received his Bachelor of Arts in Business degrees in England and Hungary. He also lived and studied in Finland. During his extensive travels and life abroad, he gained valuable knowledge about different cultures.
