About Judith
Judith's reluctant move in 1980 from the West Village to Brooklyn would make her a passionate and lifelong advocate for the borough, years before it was considered trendy. Once relocated, she enjoyed a successful 20-year career in publishing, first in the art department at Old-House Journal, and then as co-founder, editor and art director for shelter magazines, “Traditional Building and “Period Homes. She would later discover that the experience would equip her with a deep and nuanced understanding of restoration, craftsmanship, preservation and construction, all of which now enrich the insight she provides her clients. Her extensive management experience has given her the ability to skillfully maneuver the nuances of each unique real estate transaction. Judith and her husband, an executive producer for Brooklyn Independent Media, raised their daughter and son in Park Slope. An active philanthropist, Judith is passionate about the Park Slope Civic Council, the Historic Districts Council, the NY Women's Foundation and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
