Originally from the Washington Heights area of New York, I was raised in Puerto Rico by my Puertorican parents. I moved to Union City in 1996 and started my real estate career shortly after purchasing my first home. I fell in love with the idea that I can help people experience the home buying process and improve on things I wasn't happy with. I can help people through my experience because having a family and experiencing 1st hand what it's like to start a family and needing to secure housing, I bought my first home then as my family grew, I needed to upgrade to a larger home to accommodate my growing family. Now with my wife and 5 kids the hardship of not finding the proper housing and the difficulties of renting for some time were a reality that I saw many people experiencing so I felt a passion to help people navigate through this process. Whether you need your questions answered or your ready to navigate through the home purchase, selling or investing process, it would be my pleasure to help you.
