I moved to Lake Placid, NY, from Upper Montclair, NJ, in 1995, and I was in the hospitality business. I started my real estate career in 2002 with a Vacation Rental Agency in Lake Placid, NY. We started listing and selling properties in 2004, the same year I obtained my Broker's license. I started my own agency on Main Street in Lake Placid, NY, in 2007. I purchased Venture North Associates (VNA) in November 2021. VNA was founded in Elizabethtown, NY, in 1982! I am an expert in second home/resort properties, waterfront properties, and luxury properties. I have a lot of experience with first-time buyers and have listed and sold hundreds of homes over the years. I have two wonderful sons who live in Lake Placid. Over the years, I have paddled most of the bodies of water within a 50-mile radius of Lake Placid. I am an avid motorcyclist, known locally as "the Riding Realtor". I generally put 15-20,000 miles per season on my bikes.
