Jessica achieved success as a top-producing member of one of the leading teams at another prominent brokerage firm. Bringing her expertise to Corcoran, she works from both the firm's flagship Eastside office in Manhattan and its Jersey City branch, Corcoran Sawyer Smith, so she offers great coverage and flexibility. As a local market expert, and a real estate owner and investor herself, Jessica intimately understands the complexities of timing, pricing, and negotiating. She is always upfront and honest about market conditions and potential challenges, so clients can make the best decisions for their needs. A classically trained flutist, Jessica is gifted with great persistence and a keen eye for detail. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with an Accelerated Master's in Arts Management, a Bachelor's in Flute Performance, and Minor in Business Administration. Growing up across the U.S. and spending childhood summers in China, Jessica has a deep appreciation of Eastern and Western cultures, and speaks English and Mandarin fluently. Passionate about classical music, she enjoys playing in chamber ensembles and attending concerts in the genre. Other favorite pastimes are shopping, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
