Having lived and worked here for so many years, I enjoy sharing my local knowledge and helping others find a community and home that feel right for them. I purchased my first home at age 20, which sparked a lasting interest in real estate. Since then, I’ve owned several businesses and gained extensive experience in residential sales, property management, construction and renovation oversight, inspections, appraisals, leasing, and investment properties. This broad background helps me recognize both the opportunities and potential challenges that can arise during a real estate transaction. With a business degree and more than 12 years of real estate and property management experience, I bring practical knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach to every client relationship.
