About Jerid
Jerid is the founder and CEO of Principles Realty Group. PRG was formed to meld his passion for real estate, his experience working with investors and with rental properties, and his desire to instill his core principles into the fabric of the company. He has spent the last ten years working in the real estate industry in New York's Capital Region. Most recently, he co-founded a successful property management firm in 2011. It was created to provide quality full-service property management services, mainly focused on often-overlooked small scale properties. The firm currently manages hundreds of units ranging in size from single family homes to locations with just under 200 units. Prior to being an entrepreneur in the real estate industry, Jerid held various positions in finance and operations at a Fortune 500 company. After a few years of corporate life, he felt it was time to pursue his passion in real estate. Jerid is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a concentration in Finance. He continues to educate himself and stay current with business and REI trends.
