Jeffrey Wade, a licensed real estate professional and REALTOR® since 2006, is the co-founder of NextHome Residential with locations in New York City, on Long Island, and in Westchester County. He leads the Long Island office in Kings Park, an area he knows quite well having spent much of his early life in the Smithtown area of Suffolk County. After spending 26 years as an executive in the technology industry, he now focuses on his true passion: real estate. He has had the good fortune to manage his own properties in over 30 personal transactions. Over the last three decades, Jeff bought, sold, built and refurbished homes for resale while acquiring some homes as rental property investments. Jeff believes the process of buying or selling a home should not be a mystery or stressful, but instead be an enjoyable experience.
