About Jeff

Hi. I’m a native Brooklynite who, in 1997, moved to Long Island. From living in the New York metropolitan area for my entire life, I’ve developed an especial familiarity with the entire downstate area. Since the 1980s, I’ve been deeply involved in creating engaging business and social experiences, whether in my youth as a successful nightclub DJ or with my current business as a special events professional. In 2019, I decided to apply my talents from the entertainment industry to the sometimes-daunting world of real estate. I am able to transfer the skills I’ve honed during life as a professional entertainer and small business owner, approaching each day with tenacity and transparency while making the experience of searching for New York real estate fun and light-hearted. I’m very serious about making sure that my clients are happy. One of my major goals is to help buyers and sellers who are new to real estate. I want to alleviate the stress of my clients, especially those who find it intimidating to navigate buying or selling a home, get pre-approved, go to contract, or understand pricing and work with realty professionals. My approach to matching clients with the perfect home is a personal passion. I understand the emotional connection that most sellers have to their homes, where they have raised their families and have so many wonderful memories. I’m dedicated to getting to know my clients, and understand that being on the same page is key to a successful transaction. I strive for communication, trust and mutual respect in agent-client relationships. Working with Redfin allows me to concentrate on you, the client, while my team on the backend meticulously handles every transaction, making sure that each one goes through as smoothly as possible. When not working with real estate clients, I am also a SAG/AFTRA actor. I enjoy family life, my dogs Gizmo and Millie, mixing disco and house music and mastering special events.
