My career began in hospitality nearly two decades ago, at first, feeling like just a job and later, with the help of great leaders and mentors I discovered servant leadership and how serving people was more than just a job, its fulfilling and purposeful. Those early experiences shaped my approach to leadership and taught me the power of empathy, clear communication, and creating meaningful connections. As I grew into larger leadership roles across hospitality and retail, I had the privilege of guiding teams, strengthening partnerships, and supporting community organizations, including nonprofits dedicated to serving our Armed Forces. Service, both professionally and personally, became the foundation of everything I do. Over time, I realized that what I enjoy most is helping people become better versions of themselves or elevate their lives. That insight led me to real estate and ultimately to Keller Williams Staten Island. Here, I get to bring together all the pieces of my journey, my commitment to service, my leadership experience, and my dedication to the community, and channel them into helping people find a place to call home. To me, real estate is more than a transaction. It’s a moment of transition, growth, and possibility. Every client has a story, and I take pride in guiding them through one of the most meaningful chapters.
