Janice Lanza began her Real Estate career in 1980, at Upper Westchester Real Estate in Bedford Hills. In addition to selling remarkable homes in this area, she quickly went on to become an expert in new construction, handling sales of large projects for big developers. Janice invested in her product; buying rental properties that she personally redesigned and renovated. More recently, she was awarded her certification in commercial and investment properties (CIRE), in order to better serve her investor/clients.
