While investing Imilda caught the inerest of an East New York councilman who referred her to families in need of real estate advice. Here she learned the importance of client education and has been educating clients on the buying and selling process since. In her years of experience, Imilda has not only flipped houses in the New York area but in other states as well as an opportunity that helped Imilda learn the market in places such as Florida helping families comfortably relocate. Not only an experienced realtor; Imilda has a savvy work style and a humble demeanor. Her patient attitude has aided many families in transition from distressed properties into satisfying solutions.
