Erica Cohen is an agent born and bred with a sharp mind for business and an innate sense of client needs. She has a wide variety of experience in real estate including sales, rentals, and commercial. She graduated with a BA in Business Management from UMass Amherst and quickly landed a position as the Director of Human Resources with a reputable NYC commercial real estate company. Erica realized her true passion was to combine her love for entrepreneurship with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Erica is a New Jersey native. The metropolitan life always energized her and she has been a Hudson County resident for the past seven years. She is a homeowner and investor in Jersey City, and provides invaluable market and cultural insight; clients most often note her honesty, responsiveness, and expertise of Hoboken, Jersey City, and Manhattan. Erica joined eXp Realty to foster long-term client relationships and is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. In her free time Erica enjoys traveling the world, teaching and practicing yoga, scoping out local restaurants, and assists in the family business where she can be found breeding the next Kentucky Derby Champion.
