Hi there! After years of buying real estate as an investment, and years of Professional Project Management, I decided to take a new path in my career. I have always had a keen interest in real estate and as part of my professional life, I worked for a Private Family Office and as part of my role, I researched and presented real estate properties to be purchased for business and investment purposes. I worked with Local and State Assessors on property assessments, I worked with attorneys and mortgage lenders for mortgages and closings, I worked with Engineers and Surveyors, basically, I covered every aspect of real estate from a buyers and investors point of view. I now bring that experience to you as a Real Estate Salesperson. As a licensed R.E. Salesperson, I have added additional credentials to provide value to my clients. I am a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), certified e-Pro that provides your listing the value of knowing the online technology that is needed in todays market.
