Hi there! After years of buying real estate as an investment, and years of Professional Project Management, I decided to take a new path in my career. I have always had a keen interest in real estate and as part of my professional life, I worked for a Private Family Office and as part of my role, I researched and presented real estate properties to be purchased for business and investment purposes. I worked with Local and State Assessors on property assessments, I worked with attorneys and mortgage lenders for mortgages and closings, I worked with Engineers and Surveyors, basically, I covered every aspect of real estate from a buyers and investors point of view.
