From 2009 to 2014 Ms. Toney was part of a previous leading brokerage Corporate Team in Hoboken, as the Director of Marketing where she rebranded and led the marketing, social media and communications effort for the company and trained agents to use the best marketing practices. She also continued to sell as an active Realtor® Associate.This now New Jersey resident, was born and raised in New York and considers herself privileged to have grown up in a NYC real estate family. “ I was negotiating, spackling, drawing plans and fixing boilers all before I was the age of nine, I had a daily, on the street, real estate education,” she jokes. Ms. Toney advanced her career working for a leading Investment Bank, Credit Suisse First Boston in New York, as an analyst in Syndications. Later she became a Derivatives Analyst on the credit side for the investment firm of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette in New York which was later acquired by First Boston.In 2009 Ms. Toney founded her own marketing company. The company generates branding, ad development, design, social media, technology and business consulting for the real estate industry. She also developed an eblast marketing system where clients market their products out to the general public or other businesses.
