About Deborah

I bring over 20 years of experience in new construction residential and investment real estate, with a strong focus on waterfront development and new construction communities. Early in my career, I spearheaded the first major redevelopment project in Long Branch, NJ, and have since specialized in branding, marketing, and selling both pre-construction and resale homes. My deep knowledge of the market, along with strong client relationships and expert negotiating skills, has consistently earned the trust of buyers and sellers. I’ve trained and led sales teams to deliver exceptional service and record-breaking results. One of my proudest accomplishments was positioning South Beach as the premier project on the Jersey Shore—earning dozens of awards for marketing excellence and selling more than half of the development before the sales model was even complete. I also spearheaded the development and sales of Southbank at the Navesink, a boutique waterfront community in Red Bank with 10 designer townhomes, as well as Brant Point in Atlantic Highlands, a waterfront enclave of 16 Nantucket-style homes with sweeping NYC skyline views. In Long Branch, I contributed to the marketing and sales of The Reef, a luxury community of 26 ocean-view townhomes, and worked on the revitalization of the Sea Bright riverfront with The Haven, a planned coastal community on the Shrewsbury River. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing from Montclair State University, a Master of Science from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, and have completed doctoral studies in leadership and business at Seton Hall University. I’ve also served as an Emmy-nominated host for American Dream TV and founded James Capital Investments, a boutique investment firm specializing in waterfront and new construction properties. Outside of real estate, I am an avid art collector, golfer, and tennis player.
