About Dale
A Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, Dale Line is very passionate about his work, which really shows in the excellent service he delivers and results he achieves. Clients who buy, sell or rent with him appreciate the high degree of care, patience and attention to detail he brings to the process, and wouldn't work with anyone else after enjoying what they all describe as such a positive experience. The glowing reviews Dale receives tell a consistent story of his professional approach and above-and-beyond dedication to every client's needs. This along with his honesty, clear explanations, responsiveness and industry knowledge make him a standout among his peers. Plus, as most people say, he's just an all-around nice guy who listens attentively, asks great questions, and quickly understands/goes after what his clients want. Dale capably handles the purchase and sale of condos, coops and investments as well as luxury rentals in all neighborhoods of Manhattan, and the western areas of Brooklyn and Queens. He entered real estate in 2016 and has never looked back because he loves the field so much. Prior to that, Dale spent the better part of two decades in marketing, primarily in investment management marketing leadership roles. Most recently, he served as a Vice President in Investment Management Marketing for Morgan Stanley, where he was recognized for his enthusiasm, creativity, and ability to implement challenging projects successfully under tight deadlines. Born and raised in the Midwest, Dale received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota, and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota). He and his husband make their home in West Chelsea, and also spend time at their mid-century second residence in Palm Springs, California. Every year they attend Modernism Week there, which celebrates mid-century architecture. At home in NYC, they take full advantage of the many amenities around them including the High Line, art galleries, shops, restaurants, and dog park at Hudson River Park where their English Cocker Spaniel, Splash, is a neighborhood fixture.
