About Cynthia

Cynthia Lippolis is the Broker/Owner and President of River Towns Real Estate, together with her husband Joe, a company she founded in 1998 to serve the Westchester community. With a real estate career that began in 1986, Cynthia is a dedicated full-time broker focused on ensuring smooth and successful transactions for both buyers and sellers. Her business is built on honesty, care, and a strong commitment to client service. Cynthia is an active member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, currently serving as Chair of the Grievance Committee. She is also involved with the New York State Association of Realtors, where she serves on various committees, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Outside of real estate, Cynthia has been involved with the Croton Rotary Club since 1998, serving as a past president, treasurer, and secretary. Additionally, she is a board member of the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Brooklyn and the proud daughter of a Soccer Hall of Famer, Cynthia has called Westchester Home since 1980. She has two daughters —one living in London and the other in New York City —as well as five grandchildren and a family bulldog that keeps her active beyond her real estate career.
