About Cornel

Cornel Smith is a life-long resident of Southeast Queens giving him a unique local perspective on the Queens Real Estate market. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sociology and minored in Journalism from Queens College in Flushing. Post college, Cornel worked with the USPS Queens Processing and Distribution center, giving him extra insight to each specific neighborhood and the buildings that composed them. After being inspired by Real Estate Investor and entrepreneur, Jay Morrison, Cornel decided to embark on a similar journey. He surrounded himself with like minded people and dove into the world of Real Estate. In less than a year, he had completed his Real Estate license exam and is working full time. Cornel's philosophy is simple: Clients come first. He pledges to be in constant communication with clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. He believes that if you're not left with an amazing experience, he hasn't done his job. Cornel doesn't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of his clients.
