After moving four times in eight months I understand better than most that moving stinks. Because of this hard earned knowledge I want to help your next move be as easy as possible. Not only am I a lifelong New Yorker who has lived from one end of the Hudson valley to the other; I have also lived all over the Capital Region as well. From Duanesburg to Albany, Guilderland to Schenectady and now Wynantskill where I live with my growing family, because of this vagabond existence I understand the neighborhoods and their nuances. It also means that I usually know where the best food is so if you are a wing fan we should definitely talk. Prior to my Real Estate career I worked as a TV meteorologist for most of the stations in the area, so not only do I know the local neighborhoods, I also know their weather patterns.
